Sara,

I want to comfort you with God's word. When we are going through hard times, financial, or health issues, it is important to be reminded of God's love and His plan to help us.

Almighty God knows your pain. He knows everything about you and your Dad. He knows how hard it is to go through what you are going through. Jesus Christ suffered greatly through persecution, flogging and crucifixion. His words help us through the hard times.

John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

1 Pet 5:7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

Phil 4:6  Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

God has also promised us that He will never leave us or forsake us.

I will lift you and your Dad up in my prayers.
